Experience the soothing effects of gentle yoga in this special event

Welcome to our candlelit, tranquil practice where Mary Beth will gently guide you within to your sacred source, your deepest inner dwelling place of rest. You are invited to receive: a Healing Sound Bath and a profoundly transformative Yoga Nidra Guided rest experience all while melting into Reiki infused restorative yoga poses with essential oils. Each experience within this workshop will encourage you to luxuriate in the present moment, clear your mind, relax your body, and embrace your spirit. As we move through layers of ourselves, we land softly on the edge between awake and asleep open to the silent Wisdom of our Heart – the Sea of Tranquility.

What to Expect:

All restorative poses are seated or reclined using plenty of supportive props. Each experience within this evening invites you to connect with your deepest inner sanctuary rest, and nourish you grounding creative energy. Mary Beth encourages you to relax and enter the present moment tranquility through calming breath work, reiki infused restorative poses and a healing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bronze bowls, chimes, and other healing sound instruments. As you begin to turn inward, you will be invited to move deeper into yourself through a Guided Rest experience where you will softly land on the edge between awake and asleep. In this silent, restorative space, you are open to receiving Truth, Creative Inspiration and Groundedness.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat, extra pillows& blankets, and wear comfortable clothing.

Additionally, if available, you will gain admission to our seasonal field (tulips in the Spring and Sunflowers in late summer) and access to see our other farm animals.
