This moving mediation will begin with a slower paced vinyasa practice, leading into restorative floor-based poses for your mind and body to melt into. Our practitioner will guide you through chakra balancing, breathwork, and guided meditations to leave you feeling nourished, rested, and refreshed both energetically and physically. This class offers complementary hands-on reiki treatment with essential oils for optimal relaxation.
